Gatorade powder shelf life?
 

Anyone have experience with shelf life on Gatorade Powder? The original can looks vacuum sealed but the one I bought today shows it good for only about a year?

gatorade powder , if kept dry, will outlast you. put that in the catagory of "forever"

A good followup question would be where to get the dry form in bulk at a discount?

I paid $8.87 for a canister (76.5 ounces of powder) today at Sams Club that makes 9 gallons.

tends to turn into a rock if any humidity gets to it. had to throw it out

I've had an open can of the stuff for about 4 years now. I do live in a fairly dry climate, 2500ft. I bought the powder because I use it quite a bit while working out, treadmill. I think a sealed can will last a long, long time.
